How do we tell who's still in the original God's plan and who's in the new one?

Can we like choose the path of rebirth instead of waiting in limbo for Christ's return?

[Answer]
Good question. The answer is both. On the website I call the Sabbath and the Resurrection as part of the amended plan of God.

The seven day week has a dual role. One role is to remind us of the seven days that God (Elohim) took to repair the Earth and establish a special day so we can commune with him (The Sabbath)

The second role is it is a weekly reminder of the seven thousand year plan of God to permanently repair the spiritual damage caused by the rebellion of Lucifer. This is explained very clearly in The Epistle of Barnabus #13

God can look forward into time and see consequences and make adjustments to prevent certain things and or to make sure certain things occur. See Genesis 11. It records that God confused the language of men to prevent them from advancing too fast.

The Resurrection is also a way God will make adjustments in the future. There will be two resurrections. One at Christ's return and one at the end of the thousand year reign of Christ. See Revelation 20

There are actually four components to the amended plan of God. 1]Reincarnation (part of the original plan) 2]Sabbath (make it easier to commune with God while Satan still rules the world. 3]Christ (sacrifice and later his 1,000 year reign and 4]Resurrection (Judgement for all that have ever lived.)

The second resurrection is the key. Revelation 20 shows that all will be judged and Revelation 21 shows the results of the judgement.

The good get to participate in the new heaven and new earth and the vile, evil ones are thrown into the lake of fire and tormented eternally. The almost universal assumption is that those that participate in the new heaven and new earth are participating as spiritual beings. But this is not so. By allowing the Bible to interpret the Bible one can know exactly what is coming. By reading Isaiah 65:17-25 one can read a prophecy God revelaed to Isaiah explaining how the new heaven and new earth will be the land of the physical. God reveals to Isaiah that his people will live as long as trees and that someone who only lives one hundred years is accursed.

One of the Keys to Prophecy that I have not added to the prophecy section of the website is the concept known as duality. This principal of Duality is present in the repair job currently being worked out. The seven day week represents two repair jobs. The first one is the physical repair necessary to allow life to flourish on the earth. The seven day week also represents the seven thousand year plan of God to restore the Earth to spiritual health. I am confused. People would be resurrected as flesh, mortal beings? Even if they live much longer, I still don't understant the bother of resurrecting billions of people just to let them die a few hundred years later?

Is this "good news" ? "Yes, you will live again, but die again? And then no more resurrection/reincarntation?" What will happen to people when they die after the second ressurection? No offense intended, but I find the thought of ceasing to exist forever a very bad news, not a good one.

Another part of the site speaks of ressurection as spiritual beings, and this part speaks of ressurection as mortal, flesh beings.

Did I miss something that could clarify this?

Reincarnation Millenium

Question: You said that during the Millenial Reign of Christ that anyone who hadn't  accepted The Messiah - Buddhist, Native American, Pagan, Orthodox Jew,  whatever - would be given the chance to accept him, and wouldn't go to
hell.  I've never seen you - or anyone - show this to me using scripture, though I've always believed it in my
heart.

Answer: The traditional Christian view is that only those who have accepted Christ as their personal saviour will go to heaven and everyone else will go to hell.  Further restricting the scope, their are several churches that teach they "are the one true church" and only by fellowhipping with them is your eternal life with Christ protected and assured.

Further limiting the number of people who can go to heaven is the fact that people have lived and died for about 4,000 years before Christ was born.  At this point you have to wonder why an all powerful God is so limited in getting people into the Kingdom of God

The answer to the question is called the plan of God.  Christ plays a pivotal role in repairing the damage done by Satan to the original plan of God.  In the original plan of God those seeking God would realize that their source and being was from God and that their was a path to achieve union once again.

This is the information Satan does not want you to know.  First of all Satan does not want you to know that your soul has an eternal pre-existence and was originally in perfect union with God. 

God spoke of Jeremiahs pre-existence.

The Call of Jeremiah

Satan does not want you to know that because you are of God, you never cease to exist even during death.  Your path to God is by living a series of lives, each life living more holy and righteous than before

Satan has turned that upside down because every life in the past 100 years is more likely to engage in evil and lose progress toward God instead of toward God.

God put in place a plan spanning 7,000 that will ultimately overcome the negative and evil momentum that Satan is manifesting in our world today.

The Epistle of Barnabus explains it very well.

[1] Furthermore it is written concerning the sabbath, in the Ten Commandments, which God spake in the Mount Sinai to Moses, face to face; Sanctify the sabbath of the Lord with pure hands, and with a clean heart.

[2] And elsewhere he saith; If thy children shall keep my sabbaths, then will I put my mercy upon them.

[3] And even in the beginning of the creation he makes mention of the sabbath. And God made in six days the works of his hands; and he finished them on the seventh day, and he rested the seventh day, and sanctified it.

[4] Consider, my children, what that signifies, he finished them in six days. The meaning of it is this; that in six thousand years the Lord God will bring all things to an end.

[5] For with him one day is a thousand years; as himself testifieth, saying, Behold this day shall be as a thousand years. Therefore, children, in six days, that is, in six thousands years, shall all things be accomplished.

[6] And what is that he saith, And he rested the seventh day; he meaneth this; that when his Son shall come, and abolish the season of the Wicked One, and judge the ungodly; and shall change the sun and the moon, and the stars; then he shall gloriously rest in the seventh day.

The sabbath represents the coming 1,000 year reign of Christ . This One Thousand Year Reign of Christ, which the Apostle John also wrote of in Revelation, is prophecied in the Old Testament as well.

Chapter 20 of Revelation discusses the entire framework of prophecy for the next 1,100 years or so.

Revelation 20

The Thousand Years

¹And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key to the Abyss and holding in his hand a great chain. ²He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil, or Satan, and bound him for a thousand years. ³He threw him into the Abyss, and locked and sealed it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended. After that, he must be set free for a short time.
⁴I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony for Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or his image and had not received his mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years. ⁵(The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.) This is the first resurrection. ⁶Blessed and holy are those who have part in the first resurrection. Satan's Doom

⁷When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his prison ⁸and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth--Gog and Magog--to gather them for battle. In number they are like the sand on the seashore. ⁹They marched across the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of God's people, the city he loves. But fire came down from heaven and devoured them. ¹⁰And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

The Dead Are Judged

¹¹Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. Earth and sky fled from his presence, and there was no place for them. ¹²And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books. ¹³The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what he had done. ¹⁴Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. ¹⁵If anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

This chapter is packed with so much information that I can only skim over the high points for now.

0) Satan Bound 1,000 years

1) Christ returns - reigns with saints 1,000 years

2) Satan released - deceives many.

3) War then judgement.

4) Those found unworthy throne in lake of fire and experience no bodies forever.

5) Those found worthy new Heaven and New Earth (Rev 21)

The question we have to ask is: "If folks can have more than one life (resurrection) can they have more than one life another way (reincarnation)?

The answer is yes if we believe the Bible.

John 3:3 In reply Jesus declared, "I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again.

Christ confirmed reincarnation was a reality because the Bible prophecied a great Prophet would be reincarnated and Christ pointed out that John the Baptist fulfilled the prophecy.

Matthew 11
¹³For all the Prophets and the Law prophesied until John. ¹⁴And if you are willing to accept it, he is the Elijah who was to come. ¹⁵He who has ears, let him hear.

Is there any scriptural evidence that mankind will somehow have a chance to be saved even though they lived before Christ?

It turns out the the Apostle Paul had something to say about that.

Galatians 3
⁷ Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.
⁸ And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.

By this statement. Paul announces that God's plan is to bless all nations through Christ.

1 Timothy 2
³ For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
⁴ Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
⁵ For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus

God wants all men to be saved.  This would include the ones that lived before Christ.

The 1,000 reign of Christ represents rest for all that enter.

John 3:3 ... no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again.

A Sabbath-Rest for the People of God

¹Therefore, since the promise of entering his rest still stands, let us be careful that none of you be found to have fallen short of it. ²For we also have had the gospel preached to us, just as they did; but the message they heard was of no value to them, because those who heard did not combine it with faith.^{[1] 3}Now we who have believed enter that rest, just as God has said,
"So I declared on oath in my anger,
'They shall never enter my rest.' "^{[2] 4}And yet his work has been finished since the creation of the world. For somewhere he has spoken about the seventh day in these words: "And on the seventh day God rested from all his work."^{[3] 5}And again in the passage above he says, "They shall never enter my rest."
⁶It still remains that some will enter that rest, and those who formerly had the gospel preached to them did not go in, because of their disobedience. ⁷Therefore God again set a certain day, calling it Today, when a long time later he spoke through David, as was said before:

Remember a day equals a thousand years and a thousand years equals a day?  The coming Sabbath rest for the People of God occurs during the 1,000 year reign of Christ. 

When will the bad souls be reincarnated? 

Rev 20:⁷When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his prison ⁸and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth--Gog and Magog--to gather them for battle. In number they are like the sand on the seashore.

Christ promised that his followers would have  blessings in such abundance that it would require many lives to hold it all.

Mark 10

²⁷Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God."
²⁸Peter said to him, "We have left everything to follow you!"
²⁹"I tell you the truth," Jesus replied, "no one who has left home or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields for me and the gospel ³⁰will fail to receive a hundred times as much in this present age (homes, brothers, sisters, mothers, children and fields--and with them, persecutions) and in the age to come, eternal life. ³¹But many who are first will be last, and the last first."

Jeus specifically promises that any follower of his that loses home or family for faollowing him will have hundreds of homes and mothers and property.  This can only occur in multiple lifetimes.  Christ's spoke of two ages.  In one age the followers get belessed with good life after good life.  In the age to come (Christ's reign) Eternal Life. 

Without Reincarnation Christ is a liar and cannot bring to pass this blessing. Some say the church fufills this.  Do you really get hundreds of homes and mothers in a church? 

Zechariah recorded YHWH as saying that he will leave heaven and live among all of mankind.

Zechariah 2
¹⁰ "Shout and be glad, O Daughter of Zion. For I am coming, and I will live among you," declares the Lord . ¹¹ "Many nations will be joined with the Lord in that day and will become my people. I will live among you and you will know that the Lord Almighty has sent me to you. ¹² The Lord will inherit Judah as his portion in the holy land and will again choose Jerusalem. ¹³ Be still before the Lord , all mankind, because he has roused himself from his holy dwelling."

Almighty God announces to all mankind that he is sending the Messiah to live among us.  All of mankind will have access through Christ.  The only way all of mankind can avail themselves of Christ before the day of Judgement is to reincarnate and live a physical life during Christ's reign.

Ezekial had a vision relating to all of all of Israel that has ever lived enjoying Jerusalem again.

Ezekiel 37
¹ There hath been upon me a hand of Jehovah, and He taketh me forth in the Spirit of Jehovah, and doth place me in the midst of the valley, and it is full of bones,
² and He causeth me to pass over by them, all round about, and lo, very many [are] on the face of the valley, and lo, very dry.
³ And He saith unto me, `Son of man, do these bones live?' And I say, `O Lord Jehovah, Thou -- Thou hast known.'
⁴ And He saith unto me, `Prophesy concerning these bones, and thou hast said unto them: O dry bones, hear a word of Jehovah:
<sup>5</sup> Thus said the Lord Jehovah to these bones: Lo, I am bringing into you a spirit, and ye have lived,
<sup>6</sup> and I have given on you sinews, and cause flesh to come up upon you, and covered you over with skin, and given in you a spirit, and ye have lived, and ye have known that I [am] Jehovah.'
<sup>7</sup> And I have prophesied as I have been commanded, and there is a noise, as I am prophesying, and lo, a rushing, and draw near do the bones, bone unto its bone.

¹⁴ And I have given My Spirit in you, and ye have lived, And I have caused you to rest on your land, And ye have known that I Jehovah, I have spoken, and I have done [it], An affirmation of Jehovah.'

Nothing in this vision requires that every Israelite live all at the same time in Jerusalem.  That would be difficult considering the millions of Israelites that God said Would be Abrahams children (innumberable).  A thousand years is a long enough tiome for every Descendant of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob to have the opportunity to be born and live and die in Jerusalem.

Ezekial recorded a vision of all of Israel coming to life again. "Shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live" (We come from God and live in bodies again)

John 3:3 ... no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again.

Question:  Is this the resurrection spoken of at the end of Revelation 20?

Answer:  Revelation 20 does not describe souls getting bodies.  Judgement day is for the dead not the living.  Those that fail get no more bodies.  They experience discarnate existence forever. The Lake of Fire destroys all bodies leaving only the naked ego awareness to experience suffering.

Question: What happens to those that are judged worthy to continue do they get to be born into new bodies? The answer is in Revelation 21 and Isaiah 65.

The New Jerusalem

¹Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. ²I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. ³And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. ⁴He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."
⁵He who was seated on the throne said, "I am making everything new!" Then he said, "Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true."
⁶He said to me: "It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To him who is thirsty I will give to drink without cost from the spring of the water of life. ⁷He who overcomes will inherit all this, and I will be his God and he will be my son.

What kind of bodies will these people have?  They will have physical bodies as prophesied in Isaiah.

New Heavens and a New Earth
¹⁷ "Behold, I will create
new heavens and a new earth.
The former things will not be remembered,
nor will they come to mind.
¹⁸ But be glad and rejoice forever
in what I will create,
for I will create Jerusalem to be a delight

an infant who lives but a few days,
or an old man who does not live out his years;
he who dies at a hundred

²² No longer will they build houses and others live in them,
or plant and others eat.

The reason we can be assured that this prophecy is not about the 1,000 reign of Christ because The New Heaven and New Earth occur after the Day of Judgement.

At this point a very important piece of information is revealed in the prophecy.  It speaks specifically about infants. Infants are born.  Jesus said you had to be born again to enter the Kingdom of God.  Infants born after the New Heaven and New Earth is established are guaranteed to live longer than one hundred years!  Most people will as long as trees.  Trees live upwards into thousands of years.

For as the days of a tree, so will be the days of my people;
 

"They will not toil in vain or bear children doomed to misfortune." (Isaiah 65:23)

Babies need souls to go with them.  Guess where souls come from at this point?  From the dead not thrown into the lake of fire.  The dead who had their names written in the book of life now can continue to live (have a body) in this Glorius Utopia called New Earth.

The important thing to remember is that if you haven't done the right thing before the day of judgement you are toast.  New Heaven and New Earth is the deluxe reward.  

The only time that all of mankind can have a chance for salvation is if they are born again during the time of Christ or accept Christ in a lifetime they are currently experiencing.  The difference betwen doing it in this life and doing it in another is a matter of timing.  If that lifetime occurrs after the First Ressurection you are gauranteed to experience the day of judgement.

Pope Arrested for Believing in Reincarnation

 

Pope Vigilius who was a vicar during the reign of Emperor Justinian in the sixth century AD.  Justinian and Vigilius disagreed on whether or not the teachings of Origen should be condemned a heresy.

           

Who was Origen?

           

He was a famous theologian around 250 AD who wrote about the pre-existence of the soul and in its reincarnation.  He taught that the soul’s very source was with God and that the soul’s was traveling back to oneness with God via Reincarnation.

 

Justinian wanted Origen’s writings and teachings to be condemned and destroyed but the Pope refused to sign it the decree.  As a result of his refusal the Emperor had the Pope arrested and put into jail.  In 543, Justinian convoked the Fifth General Council of the Church and told the Pope he would sign whatever into doctrine whatever the council decided.  On the way there, under guard, the Pope escaped to avoid being forced to condemn Origen’s writings.  The Emperor commanded the council to continue despite the Pope’s refusal to attend.

                       

It wasn’t necessarily just the Emperor’s view.  A powerful group of Cardinal’s and Bishop’s were opposed to the pre-existence of the soul.  If every soul had once pre-existed with God, then Christ wasn’t anything special to have come from God.  These Cardinals convinced the Emperor that if all mankind were the children of God they would not need an Emperor or the Church since God was higher than all.  But since they reasoned that only Christ had come from God and only the Holy Church could bring souls to Christ. Then there was no threat to the Empire or the Church. 

 

Once Justinian understood the political ramifications of Origen’s teachings the rest was simply an Emperor doing the best for the Empire.

 

This council produced fourteen new anathemas and the very first one condemned reincarnation. 

 

Anathema 1 "If anyone asserts the fabulous preexistence of souls, and shall assert the monstrous restoration which follows from it: let him be anathema.”

 

            Joke: A good lawyer could prove that technically it was okay for a Christian to believe in the pre-existence of the soul and reincarnation and still not go to hell.  You could argue that due to the fact that there was never papal approval of the anathemas, you could get out of going to hell with that simple doctrinal loophole!
