One True Religion
The one true religion is not Hinduism, Taoism, Buddhism, Judaism, Christianity, Islam or Sihkism. Each of these religions, as we know them today, are a mixture of false beliefs and true beliefs.
In each of these religions are people who practice the True Religion and those that don't.
The Only True Religion is having a relationship with GOD. Any information, belief, action or non-action that improves one's relationship with God is part of the True Religion. Any information, belief, action, or non-action that does not further one's relationship with God, is not part of the True Religion and is either unessential or false.
This pure religion is recorded in the Bible as being practiced by Enoch. Enoch lived before the flood, which occured a few hundred years before the Tower of Babel. This pure religion was lost to the world after the Tower of Babel."
Genesis 5:18-24 [18] Jared lived one hundred and sixty-two years, and begot Enoch. [19] After he begot Enoch, Jared lived eight hundred years, and had sons and daughters. [20] So all the days of Jared were nine hundred and sixty-two years; and he died. [21] Enoch lived sixty-five years, and begot Methuselah. [22] After he begot Methuselah, Enoch walked with God three hundred years, and had sons and daughters. [23] So all the days of Enoch were three hundred and sixty-five years. [24] And Enoch walked with God; and he was not, for God took him.Hebrews 11:5 By faith Enoch was taken away so that he did not see death, "and was not found, because God had taken him"; for before he was taken he had this testimony, that he pleased God.
Jude 1:14-15 [14] Now Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about these men also, saying, "Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of His saints, [15] to execute judgment on all, to convict all who are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have committed in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him."
Ungodly people are people without a relationship with God.
All other religions, with the exception of Hinduism, have their roots and beginnings after the Tower of Babel incident. Hinduism contains fragments of the pure religion in the ancient yoga sutras of Patanjali."
Essential Knowledge of the One True Religion in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali:
Samadhi Pada 1:23-26The carnal mind can be transcended into realization by profound meditation upon God and total surrender to God. God is the Supreme, totally free from conflicts, unaffected by actions and untouched by cause and effect. God is the unsurpassed and unrivaled onesource of omniscent wisdom. God is transcendent, yet unfolds the entirety of omniscience, omnipotence and omnipresence. God is the unlimited undefined source of all knowledge and is the absolute guru untouched by time. The Yoga Sutra goes on to instruct one how to achieve a relationship with God through meditation. This is not the entirety of how one has a relationship with God, but it is a major component of the One True Religion.
